When User buys insurance products or annuities through these companies, User is doing business with these entities and not Iroquois Group. Iroquois Group cannot require User to purchase insurance from a particular insurer. Prior to purchasing insurance products or annuities, User should compare information obtained from two or more carriers. User has the right to obtain insurance from the carrier of User's choice.
Insurance products, and annuities are not bank deposits and are not FDIC insured, nor are they obligations of or guaranteed by Iroquois Group, or their subsidiaries. The insurance products, and annuities involve investment risks, including the possible loss of the principal amount invested.

Trademarks

Any and all trademarks, logos, and service marks identified as belonging to Iroquois Group, are the property of Iroquois Group. All other brands and product names are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective companies. Nothing contained on the Site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademarks displayed on the Site without the permission of Iroquois Group or such third party that may own the Trademarks displayed on the Site. Electronic Authentication or Signature; Electronic Record

Iroquois Group may, in its discretion, utilize Electronic Signatures in lieu of written signatures. An Electronic Signature may be comprised of alpha and/or numerical characters. An Electronic Signature affixed to or contained in any Electronic Record shall be sufficient to verify the originating party and to evidence such party's acceptance of and agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of such Electronic Record. Neither party shall disclose to any unauthorized person the confidential Electronic Signatures of the other party.

Enforceability of Electronic Signatures and Signed Documents

An Electronic Signature used by Iroquois Group or any User of this WebSite shall be considered in connection with any contemplated transaction to be a "writing" or "in writing" and shall be considered as authenticated by an Electronic Signature. Any Electronic Record containing an Electronic Signature shall be deemed for all purposes (a) to have been "signed" and (b) to constitute an "original" when printed from Electronic Records established and maintained by Iroquois Group or its authorized agents in the normal course of business. User agrees not to contest the authorization for, or validity or enforceability of, Electronic Records and Signed Documents, or the admissibility of copies thereof, under any applicable law relating to whether certain agreements, files or electronic records are to be in writing (documentary form) or signed by the party to be bound thereby. Electronic Records and Signed Documents, if introduced as evidence on paper in any judicial, or other proceedings, will be admissible to the same extent and under the same conditions as other documentary business records. Upon Iroquois Group’s written request, User agrees to manually sign or place User's signature on any paper original of any Electronic Record or Signed Document Key provides to User containing User's purported Electronic Signature.

Further, Iroquois Group makes no representations about any Web Site User may access through Iroquois Group's Web Site.
